THE FAMILY SPEMANN.

The complete family tree was first compiled by Dr. Adolf Spemann in Stuttgart from his own research in church records and information from living members of the family and completed on 1st. April 1936.
The Family Tree was reprinted by Rudolf Wilhelm Spemann in 1973 in Auckland, New Zealand.
It has been translated by Adolf Hugo Spemann and Paul Edward Spemann in 1988 in Auckland, New Zealand.
All in Schwerte who were baptized members of the family were born on the Spemann estate in Reinen, 4 kilometres east of Schwerte on the Rhur. The estate was on the west exit of Reinen on the intersection of Schwerte-Reinen and Reinen-Geiseke, (as the roads were known in 1936)
The spelling of the name changes from Speiman to Spaeman to Spemann.

Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list.
